Kentucky bourbon whiskey produced by theHeaven Hill Distillery of Bardstown, Kentucky, USA and bottled by the distiller. It is 40%alcohol by volume (ABV), or 80proof .Reviews
From "Whisky Magazine" Tasting Notes:"Nose: Sweet, delicate but intense. Touch of hyacinth. Caramelised apples, pine nuts. Chestnut purée. Coffee beans. A varnish hint. Becomes creamier and fudgier as it gets aerated.Palate: Very smooth and round. Oily. Fudgy. Oak and spices slightly overtake the fruitiness.Finish: Long. Drying on nutty notes. Black pepper.Comment: A pleasant balance between oaky and creamy notes. The finish is surprisingly long for the alcoholic strength. The mid palate is a bit watery."
