Devincenzia is an extinct genus of giant flightless predatory birds of the family Phorusrhacidae or "terror birds" that lived from 7 till 5 million years ago in Argentina and Uruguay during the late miocene and early pliocene. D. pozzi was formally known as Onactornis pozzi. It stood about 2,5 metres tall.
