Lowell Blanchard

Lowell Blanchard (1910 – 1968) was a radio broadcaster and a performer. Blanchard, a native of Chicago, IL, was a popular station manager and show host for WNOX Radio in Knoxville, TN. He was inducted into the [http://www.crb.org/hof Country Music Disc Jockey Hall of Fame] in 1977.
