Platinum Blue Music Intelligence

Platinum Blue Music Intelligence is a music analysis firm based in New York City. The firm uses statistical software to analyze musical compositions. According to an article in "The New Yorker", the firm claims to be able to predict hit songs with eighty-percent accuracy. [Malcolm Gladwell, "The Formula", "The New Yorker", October 16, 2006 ] After analysis, the firms sometimes offers broad suggestions for improvement in a song. Platinum Blue was founded by Mike McCready, formerly of Polyphonic HMI of Barcelona, Spain.
