Enzo Concina (born 21 June 1962 in Prato Carnico, Italy) is a retired Canadian soccer player who earned four caps for the national team between 1988 and 1993, scoring one goal in the process. He played club football in Italy for Ravenna, Cesena, Pavia, Piacenza and Monza, and in Canada for the Montreal Impact.
