Highlandville is an unincorporated community in northeastern Winneshiek County, Iowa, United States. It lies along local roads northeast of the city of Decorah, the county seat of Winneshiek County. Highlandville's post office was established on 29 January 1868 and discontinued on 31 May 1918. Although the post office was reopened on 3 February 1920, it was again discontinued on 31 March 1985 and attached to the Decorah post office.
