Olympic medal record Women’s rowing Olympic Games Gold 1976 Montreal Single sculls Christine Scheiblich-Hahn (born December 31, 1954 in Wilsdruff, Sachsen) is a German rower and Olympic champion.
She received a gold medal in single sculls at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.[1] She also won the first four world championships in single sculls, those titles coming in 1974, 1975, 1977, and 1978.
Scheiblich's husband, Ulrich Hahn, was a world championship luger during the late 1970s and early 1980s.
