Since the 17th January 2008 the 934 was brought into a small group of services under the 'Premier' brand; Other services include the 993 and 997. Due to the status of the service this involved upgrading the type of vehicles used on route from Wright Geminis to Alexander Dennis Enviro400s and introducing additional extras such as leather seating and air conditioning. When necesscary, OmniLinks are used on this service
As part of this agreement between National Express West Midlands and Centro, the service must run to its timetable and any late running will mean passengers may request a refund, depending on measures within National Express's control.
