UAS7 (Seven Universities of Applied Sciences) is a strategic alliance of seven leading German universities of applied sciences committed to excellence in teaching and research.
UAS7 established a liaison office in the „German House“ in New York. The New York office provides information and assistance to North American students and scholars who are interested in study (or a combination of study and internship) in Germany.
UAS7 stands for:

The UAS7-Alliance offers a special Study & Internship Program (SIP). North American students can apply through their home university for a DAAD / UAS7 scholarship for six months of study in Germany, followed by a six-month internshipwith a German company.
UAS7 represents a wide variety of 500 degree programs on the Bachelor’s and Master’s level. The UAS7 universities cover a broad spectrum of academic fields. They are well known for their strengths, specifically in engineering and science, business and management, economics, social work, as well as architecture, art and design.
UAS7 Members
75,000 students, 2,200 full time faculty members and several thousand part time lecturers from industry and business study, teach, and do research in Berlin, Bremen, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich, Münster, and Osnabrück. The alliance members run nearly 1,000 university partnerships worldwide.
