Kung Maibábalík Ko Lang (Tagalog: If Only I Can Take Back) is a Philippine song sung by Regine Velasquez. This was used as a soundtrack of Regal Films’ movie of the same title starring Pops Fernandez and Maricel Soriano and as a theme song of the segment of the same title in the former talk show in ABS-CBN titled “Teysi ng Tahanan.”
