Montreal roller derby

Montreal Roller Derby, the first flat-track roller derby league in Montreal, is a non-profit organization that was started in 2006 by Georgia W. Tush [ [http://www.montrealmirror.com/2007/022207/news3.html Montreal Mirror - News ] ] . The three teams include Les Contrabanditas, Les Filles du Roi, and La Racaille. [ [http://www.mtlrollerderby.com Montreal Roller Derby - accueil ] ]

The 2007 MTLRDL championship was won by Les Filles du Roi.

The 2008 MTLRDL championship was won by La Racaille.

The Montreal Roller Derby League also has a travel team, made up of members from all three league teams, The New Skids on the Block.
