Samuel Franklin Levine (born March 12, 1982) is an American television and film actor. He is known for his portrayal of Neal Schweiber on the short-lived NBC comedy-drama "Freaks and Geeks".

In addition, Levine has guest-starred on "Spin City", "The Steve Harvey Show", "Boston Public", "Undeclared", "Raising Dad", "The Drew Carey Show", "That's So Raven", "Life as We Know It", "That '70s Show", "How I Met Your Mother", "My Name Is Earl", "Entourage", "Veronica Mars" and "Family Guy". His film credits include "Not Another Teen Movie", "Club Dread", "Pulse", "Sydney White" and "Anderson's Cross".

Levine was born in Chicago, Illinois; his father is a dentist (just like the father of his character, Neal Schweiber, in "Freaks and Geeks").
