Syracuse Pros

Syracuse Pros

The Syracuse Pros from Syracuse, New York of the American Professional Football Association (now the NFL) was a franchise that was organized in 1921. Their first game was played to a scoreless 0-0 tie against the Tonawanda Kardex; at the time, the Pros remained an independent franchise, playing under the name "All-Syracuse." The Pros joined the league after that game and lost their two league games to the Washington Senators and the Rochester Jeffersons to finish with a 0-2-1 record. After one season, the Pros left the APFA and reverted back to independent status as the All-Syracuse team.
