] On 19 September 2005the Department of Defense released 30pages of unclassified documents related to his Combatant Status Review Tribunal.

On 23 November 2004
Tribunal panel 21convened and confirmed his "enemy combatant" status.

Susan Baker Manning was one of his attorneys. His petition was submitted before US District Court judge Ellen S. Huvelle.

Nag Mohammed's first Personal Representative,who had made effort on Nag Mohammed's behalf was replace with another PersonalRepresentative, who did not meet with Nag Mohammed.

Nag Mohammed had asked his first Personal Representative if he could have explainedto him how the East Turkesta Independence Movement was tied to al Qaeda, and the documents in his dossier contained an unsigned, undated, untitled, half page document speculating how the Sharq (East) Turkistan Islamic Partiyisawas tied to al Qaeda.
