Olympic medal record Men's Artistic Gymnastics Bronze 1896 Athens Team parallel bars Dimitrios Loundras (September 4, 1885 - February 15, 1971) was a Greek gymnast who competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens.
Loundras competed in the team parallel bars event. In that competition, Loundras was a member of the Ethnikos Gymnastikos Syllogos team that placed third of the three teams in the event, giving him a bronze medal. At 10 years 218 days he remains the youngest medallist and competitor in Olympic history, if you discount the competitors of unknown ages who competed as coxswain in the 1900 Olympics.
Loundras served in both world wars and reached the rank of admiral in the Greek navy.
