The Hardcore Chair Swingin' Freaks was the tag team of Balls Mahoney and Axl Rotten most notably seen in Extreme Championship Wrestling. Another name used by the pair was Rotten Balls referring to their respective names.
As their original name implies the main weapons used by the team are steel chairs, Balls' chair usually had "BALLS" written on it with the ECW logo or ECW pay-per-view logo on the seat, while Axl's chair had "This is gonna hurt" written on the seat of the chair.
The pair would team up with Spike Dudley and New Jack to take on their main rivals, the Dudley Boyz.
The team reunited at World Wrestling Entertainment produced ECW One Night Stand 2005 when they came out along with Kid Kash to battle the bWo and the Dudley Boyz before the Dudleyz' match with Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman.
For a few weeks after ECW One Night Stand 2005 the pair would compete in some dark matches before "Heat" and "Velocity".
