Shane Jolley is an Ontario politician and the male deputy leader of the

Controversy erupted in 2008 when Jolley was charged by local police with
trespassing . On May 4th a local family filed a suspicious persons report when they found someone starring into their window at 3:30 in the morning. Jolley initially denied involvement, but on May 31st was charged with trespassing. Jolley admitted he had been at the house saying that he was looking for a bicycle stolen earlier in the day. Police have no reports of bikes stolen in that part of the city that day, and Jolley has refused to state whose bike he was looking for. [Dunn, Scott.
