History
"ADDitude" was founded by Emmy-winning television journalist Ellen Kingsley in 1998 to serve the parents of America's 2-3 million schoolchildren [Salynn Boyles, [http://www.webmd.com/add-adhd/news/20070904/many-kids-with-adhd-arent-diagnosed Many Kids With ADHD Aren’t Diagnosed] , WebMD, September 4, 2007] with ADD and ADHD, as well as adults with the disorder. Kingsley founded ADDitude as a web site a few years after her oldest son, Teddy, was diagnosed with severe ADHD.
