The 2009-2010 A1GP World Cup of Motorsport Season is the fifth season of the A1 Grand Prix racing series, a 'single make' open-wheel auto racing series. It is unique in its field in that competitors represent their nation as opposed to a constructor, the usual format in most formula racing series.
Overview
The 2009-2010 A1GP World Cup of Motorsport season will be the fifth in the relatively short history of the series. As expected, no races have been confirmed as of yet and will not be confirmed until after the 2008/2009 season, which begins on 21 September 2008. It is thought however that season 5 will see the first Indian race, although at the moment these are only rumours.
