Andon Dončevski is a former soccer player for FK Vardar, in the Republic of Macedonia. In his career he represented the Yugoslavian national team, as well as scoring a record 217 goals for Vardar. His popularity hit the peak when he was appointed to coach Vardar and under his instruction Vardar beacame a champion in old Yugoslavian league.

Under his wing were players that probably Vardar will never have again. Player such as Darko Pancev, Najdovski, Janevski, Kanatlarovski and Vujadin Stanojkovic, such players that gave pleasure to fans specating the game and promoting the Macedonian football around the world.

He is currently retired and living his pensionars days watching soccer on TV.
