Ashutosh Pandey is currently working as a correspondent with DD News,the public broadcaster of India.An IIMC alumnus, Ashutosh covers issues related to Wildlife and Environment. The prominent issues covered by him include,(i)Mysterious deaths of gharials in the Chambal Valley,(ii)High incidents of Tuberculosis among captive elephants in South India,(iii)Dwindling number of Tigers in India(iv)Demoiselle Cranes arriving in Khichan in Rajasthan.He has produced several critically acclaimed programmes highlighting imminent environmental issues. Global warming and Climate Change.(ii)"Majuli- The Jewel of Brahmaputra", a programme on constant erosion of Majuli(the world's largest riverine island)at the hands of the mighty Brahmaputra.Ashutosh on the sidelines of
Nagaland Assembly Elections extensively covered a remote village which takes pride in being the country's first green Village. He completed bachelor's course in English from Delhi University before completing Radio and Television Journalism course from the Indian Institute of Mass Communications.
