History

Talent Technology Corp. is a privately held company that was co-founded by Jade Bourelle in 1999. Products

Talent Technology has two product lines: HireDesk® and Resume Mirror™.

HireDesk in an on-demand applicant tracking system. There are two versions: HireDesk Corporate for small to mid-sized companies, and HireDesk Staffing for recruiting firms. Functionality includes candidate sourcing, job/requisition management, candidate communications, sales automation, and reporting. The Resume Mirror product line consists of component technology that can be added on or embedded within corporate ERP systems and large recruiting or applicant tracking systems. The technology integrates with Oracle e-Recruitment, PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager, and SAP e-Recruiting.
