Royal Daisy Airlines is a private Ugandan airline, formed on 30th November 2005. Headquartered in Kampala, with its major operation base at Entebbe International Airport, Royal Daisy operates regular scheduled flights from Entebbe, Uganda to Juba, Sudan and Kisumu, Kenya. The company operates a 30-seater twin engine Embraer 120 aircraft.

One of three Uganda-based airlines to fly the route between Entebbe and Juba, Royal Daisy's business increased when Sudan Airways withdrew from the route in 2005.Cite web|url=http://allafrica.com/stories/200711260482.html|title=Sudan: Sudan Airways Grounded Again|accessdate=2008-06-05|publisher=allAfrica.com|year=2007-11-26|author=Barbara Among] It was their success on the route between Juba and Entebbe, where they compete with Air Uganda and Eagle Air (Uganda), that led to the opening of the Kisumu route in May 2008.Cite web|url=http://www.newvision.co.ug/D/8/220/628208|title=Royal Daisy Starts Flights to Kisumu|accessdate=2008-06-05|publisher=The New Vision|year=2008-05-15] African Safari Express operates a Royal Daisy charter on the route between Entebbe and Nairobi, Kenya.Cite web|url=http://allafrica.com/stories/200801071300.html|title=East Africa: Fares High Despite Extra Airline On Entebbe Route|accessdate=2008-06-05|publisher=allAfrica.com|year=2008-01-07|author=Michael Wakabi]
