Jaime de la Pava, (born 14 April, 1967 in Barranquilla) is a Colombian football manager and the current manager of Honduran club Motagua [ [http://www.latribuna.hn/news/48/ARTICLE/35282/2008-06-04.html Jaime de la Pava, nuevo entrenador de Motagua] ] . De la Pava won three consecutive league titles, all of them with América de Cali in 2000, 2001, and 2002. He also won a Copa Merconorte in 1999.
