Allen Lew

Allen Lew

Allen Lew (1956) is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Singapore Telecommunications for Singapore operations. He started his career with SingTel and worked with various senior management positions in SingTel and its associates.

Previously he worked as Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited - SingTel's associate in Thailand, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Telecom International Pte Ltd and Managing Director of Optus Consumer, Australia. He returned to Singapore in 2006 to assume CEO-Singapore role which was seen by analysts as the starting of SingTel aggressive campaign to regain its market share.

In 2008 SingTel gained market share and became number one in pre-paid mobile, kept its number one position in post-paid mobile and broadband markets.
