Amy Morken

Amy Morken (born 1976 in Toronto, Canada) is a mixed media artist who lives and works in New York.

Morken works in graphite, colored pencils, pastels, and oil stick on paper to show grotesque and fashionable images through a crew of assembled figures. Many of these figures are female and appear in designer bikinis, stilettos, and various states of decay and dismemberment.
