Sincera Productions is a British based theatre company, formed in
2002 by Alistair Gillyatt and Philip Desmeules. The company has performed nationally and internationally, touring to Brazil and the Lebanon as well as appearing in London and at theLatitude Festival in Suffolk.Their previous productions have included revivals of classics such as
Shakespeare 'sHamlet ,Bernard Pomerance 'sThe Elephant Man (play) , and Peter Hall's adaptation ofGeorge Orwell 'sAnimal Farm . Original work developed by the company has included BY PARTIES UNKNOWN: the crypt project, a site-specific piece, devised by the company, which told the various stories that linked to the recently excavated crypt of theChristopher Wren church ofSt Andrew, Holborn . Historical characters that appeared in the play included:Thomas Chatterton ,Sally Salisbury, Edward Coke andHenry Sacheverell . The company also has experience in new writing, having produced the work of playwrightTom Morton-Smith for the 2007Latitude Festival .Productions
