calf because of the tenderness and tastiness. Galbi is more expensive than other portions of beef in South Korea, so "galbijjim" has been regarded as a high-class dish.Ribs are a fatty cut, so when cooking with the ingredient, surplus fat should be carefully removed. The first step in preparation of ribs is to soak in water for one or two hours in order to remove the blood.
