Writes a recurring column in the Alibi; a weekly alternative publication in the Albuquerque area.

Constitutional Amendment Proposal
He has proposed an amendment to the New Mexico Constitution allowing the governor to fill vacancies in the Lieutenant Governor's office with appointments approved by the State Senate. The proposal appeared on the 2008 general election ballot.[1]
