Destiny's Child and their final release as aquartet . It was the biggest selling album of 2000 by a female group and won Best R&B/Soul Album of the Year at the Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards. Billboard 200 onAugust 14 ,1999 selling over 132,000 copies in its first week. It remained in the Top 20 for most of 1999 and had sold over 1.6 million copies by the end of the year according toNielsen SoundScan and was certified 2x platinum in January, 2000. Nine months after its release "The Writing's on the Wall" following the huge success of its third single, theBillboard Hot 100 number one "Say My Name", returned to the top ten peaking at #5 onMay 5 ,2000 .
