Gorgoroth 's first full-length live album. It was recorded live in studio atGrieghallen Lydstudio inBergen andThreeman Recordings inStockholm . The songs featured on the album represent the most commonly played songs inGorgoroth 's live set. The cover design by Magnus Wohlfart is radically different from the last three full-length albums, being more reminiscent of the cover of the 1997 albumUnder the Sign of Hell . Most of the album was recorded before the band split into two opposing factions, with guitarist and original member Infernus on one side and vocalistGaahl and bassist King on the other. Regain Records in halting the distribution of the album. According to the bulletin,Regain Records had "illegally removed King's bass tracks and mixed the recordings without the knowledge of Gaahl and King".
