Born in Essex, England in 1954, Paul began drawing comic book characters at the age of 4. [url=http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article1182505.ece] He is dyslexic and of this he has said "I couldn't read the stories because the words were jumping around, so it didn't tell me the story.
