Louisiana Highway 3154 (LA 3154) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Jefferson Parish. LA 3154 spans 3.13 miles in a south to north direction and is known locally as Hickory Avenue, Gardner Street, Robert Street, and Dickory Avenue.

Route description

From the south, LA 3154 begins at an intersection with LA 48 (Jefferson Highway) in Harahan. Travelling northward along Hickory Avenue, it heads through downtown until Robert Street. At that point, the northbound traffic shifts east onto Dickory Avenue (which is a divided, four lane neighboring highway that will eventually be extended southward to Jefferson Highway). The southbound traffic makes the shift from Dickory Avenue onto Hickory Avenue further north via Gardner Street.

Continuing northbound, LA 3154 intersects the current western terminus of the Earhart Expressway (LA 3139) at an incomplete interchange. After crossing a series of railroad tracks via an overpass, LA 3154 again becomes Hickory Avenue just before coming to an end at US 61 (Airline Drive) in Metairie.

LA 3154 is an undivided, two lane highway from LA 48 (Jefferson Highway) until the point it shifts onto Dickory Avenue. From that point until its northern terminus at US 61, it is a divided, four lane highway.
