Design details

The K-50m was a variant of the Soviet PPSh-41, but merely a conversion based on the Type 50 submachine gun, which was also produced based on the PPSh-41 [http://world.guns.ru/smg/smg109-e.htm Modern Firearms' K-50M Submachine Gun.] Retrieved on August 25, 2008.] . The gun's skeleton stock was also identical to that of the MAT-49.
