Ed Anuff is a serial entrepeneur who was most recently co-founder of Widgetbox (with Giles Goodwin and Dean Moses) [cite news|publisher=ZDNet Blog|url=http://blogs.zdnet.com/BTL/?p=3659|title=Widgetbox launches widget marketplace|date=September 25, 2006|accessdate=2008-05-27|author=Dan Farber] , a marketplace for widgets, and the company's original CEO. Prior to founding Widgetbox, Anuff was co-founder of enterprise software company Epicentric (with Oliver Muoto) [cite news|publisher=CNET News|url=http://news.cnet.com/Epicentric-unveils-software-for-corporate-portals/2100-1001_3-228055.html|title= Epicentric unveils software for corporate portals|date=July 6, 1999|accessdate=2008-05-27|author= Erich Luening] , a leading provider of Enterprise portal software. He served as Epicentric's first CEO, later assuming the roles of chairman and chief strategy officer. Anuff is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and author of the best selling Java Sourcebook, published by John Wiley & Sons, one of the first books on the Java programming language.
