The Other Room

The Other Room

A bimonthly Manchester reading series showcasing innovative and experimental poetic work, in association with the Openned reading series. The list of Other Room readers so far is: Alan Halsey, Tom Jenks, Geraldine Monk, Robert Sheppard, Hariet Tarlo, Alex Middleton reading English translations of Inger Christensen, Stuart Calton and Maggie O'Sullivan.

The Other Room takes place at The Old Abbey Inn, 61 Pencroft Way, Manchester, M15 6AY and admission is free.

The next Other Room is on Wednesday 1st October 2008. The readers will be David Annwyn, Caroline Bergvall and Joy As Tiresome Vandalism
