Joshua S. Outman (born September 14, 1984 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American baseball pitcher for the Oakland Athletics. He was a former prospect in the Philadelphia Phillies organization, and at one point he was named the 12th best prospect in the Phillies organization in by|2007.
