Tim Blanchard (born June 21, 1987 in Melbourne, Victoria) is an Australian racecar driver currently competing in the British Formula Ford Championship. He is notable for winning the 2007 Australian Formula Ford Championship after competing in the series since 2005.

Career

After some success in his karting career, which saw him pick up both state and national championship trophies in 2003 and 2004, Blanchard moved up into Formula Ford- participating in the Australian and Victoria state championships where he finished third in the latter but, only entering three races, failed to score a point in the former. He turned his concentration fully onto the Australian championship in 2006 and with 186 points and five podiums, the young Australian finished fifth in the championship.

His biggest success to date came when he won the championship the following year after taking seven wins and sixteen podiums from a twenty‐four race series. In 2008, he entered the British championship with Jamun Racing Services where he currently sits second in the championship with 436 points.
