Production

It is produced by Mista Raja and Co-produced by Maino.The song primarily samples rap legend Jimmy Spicer's hit song, "Money (Dollar Bill Y'all)" as well as " Mary J. Blige's "Be Happy (Remix)," the outro section to De La Soul's "Bitties in the BK Lounge" (To Jimmy Spicer's respect), and AZ's "Doing That".

Music video

The music video is directed by Dan the Man and mostly takes place in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn which is Maino's hometown.

Remix

"Hi Hater Remix" is Maino's follow up to his previous single. It features Swizz Beatz, T.I., Plies, Jadakiss, & Fabolous. In the remix, Plies mentions his first week sales of his second album and Jadakiss confirmed his third album to be "Kiss My Ass".

Music video

The video for the remix is directed by Mazik Saevitz. It was shot at Cinema World Studios in Brooklyn. Mya, Big Kuntry King and Red Cafe make a cameo appearance.
