High Commissioner of the Republic in French Polynesia

The High Commissioner of the Republic in French Polynesia is the representative of the President of the French Republic in French Polynesia. The current Commissioner is Adolphe Colrat, who is the first female High Commissioner. The post was created in 1977, which is when French Polynesia was given partial internal autonomy.
