Victor Ambros

Victor Ambros is an American molecular biologist from Vermont, and professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Massachusetts.

He received the Gairdner Foundation International Award in 2008 for the discovery and identification of single-stranded RNA molecules later called microRNA.
