Construction
In the June
1836 Jozef Lentz, new tenant farmer of spa inSklené Teplice , came with project to build the „conversational room“ where the spa's visitors could garner.Its construction started in the spring1837 . Lentz proffered to defray building. Mining house sent the project of Lentz to Dvorska's house in Budin. Ferdinand Divald checked up arranged budget and calculated costs. In November Dvorska's house requested sending of diagonal cut of building and ratification of building material and wages of workers through mining court. Dvorska's house definitively allow to build Kursalón in the 18th April1837 .Preparation to build saloon started in the year
1837 and building started to realize in the spring1838 . Some dearths appeared on construction, for example too wide orbiculate roof, from which streams of water fell down when the weather was rainy. Inconveniently used wood brought out that planks stuck out and saloon was often repaired by carpenter and cabinetmaker. Building was armed with cupreous gutters and painted varnish.In the July,
1839 main chamber's earl Emil Rombauer imformed about ending of works to the end of month. Lentz, tenant farmer, and officers of seigniory Šašo took over in the 31st July1839 .Reconstruction
After many years the saloon was reconstructed in the year
2007 . Reconstructed Kursalón is situated 15 metres far from its original place. It happened because the balance was erosive. From the original building the windows and outside pillars were preserved. Pillars with statues that denote four seasons make beautiful quondam foundation of saloon now.
