Stanhope Road School is a Primary School in the Auckland suburb of Mt Wellington.

Location

The school is located off the Ellerslie-Panmure Highway with the main entrance at Harris Road.The majority of the class rooms face north over looking the play areas.On the north side of the school grounds is a massive playing field for rugby and soccer. The school is equipped with a swimming pool and computerised library with fully networked classrooms.

Traditionally, Stanhope Road School had a rivalry with the other local Schools:
Bailey Road School, Ellerslie School, Panmure District School and Sylvia Park School.
