Heath Shuler scored on a 1 yard touchdown run making the score 7-0 Tennessee. Shuler fired a 27 yard touchdown pass toCorey Fleming , as Tennessee led 14-0 after the 1st quarter. In the second quarter, Boston College'sGlenn Foley threw a 12 yard touchdown pass to Mitchell making the halftime score 14-7.In the third quarter, Shuler scored on a 17 yard touchdown run making it 21-7.
