(2000 )Picture Perfect World is a six-song EP by the Eric Stuart Band (their second CD), in which
Eric Stuart is the songwriter and lead singer. Stuart is also highly acclaimed as a voice actor and voice director (see article onEric Stuart ). This album was released in 1997 under Stuart’s own independent label, Widow's Peak Records. It is currently out of print and very rare. All six songs were written byEric Stuart in 1996. One notable feature is the instrumental intro of the title track, which sounds similar to an organ, but is actually a double-necked guitar, played and custom-built by Questar Welsh (lead guitar in this album, vocals, sound engineer, and recording studio owner). Perhaps the most famous line from this album is the opening line of the title track:“Whoever said, ‘If you love something, set it free,’ Probably died alone in some motel room.”
