Jinge Temple

Jinge Temple (Chinese: 金阁寺) is located in north of South Peak, south of Central Peak of Mount Wutai, Shanxi Province of China, about 15 kilometers from Taihuai town. It is at an altitude of 1,900 meters, the highest besides those temples on five peaks of Wutai. Jinge Temple is closely related to one of the founders of Mi Zong in China, Bukong monk (不空法师).
