Delbert Thomas Lamb (October 22, 1914 – September 25, 2010) was an American speed skater who competed in the 1936 Winter Olympics and in the 1948 Winter Olympics. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and died in Franklin, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
In 1936 he finished fifth in the 500 metres event.
Twelve years later he finished sixth in the 500 metres competition.
