Heidi Watney

Heidi Watney (born May 19, 1981) is the Boston Red Sox on-field reporter for NESN. [http://www.nesn.com/content/about/personalities/hwatney.aspx Personalities - NESN (New England Sports Network) ] ]

Prior to joining NESN, she was a weekend sports anchor for KMPH in Fresno, California.

She has competed in the Miss California pageant, where she was the first runner-up in 2002, and third runner-up in 2003. Heidi was a National Merit Scholar and attended the University of San Diego on an academic scholarship, where she graduated with honors in 2003.
