Greg Scarnici

Greg Scarnici (born April 8, 1972) is an American writer/director/actor and producer. He was born in Jamaica, Queens, and continues to work in New York City, where he balances work in theatre, film, and television. He is best known for his viral music video parodies, featured on Fox News Channel, on VH1's "Best Week Ever" and in "Entertainment Weekly" [ [http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,1553887,00.html The latest in parody music videos | Beyonce Knowles | Music Commentary | News + Notes | Entertainment Weekly ] ] .

Greg has been featured on the TV shows "30 Rock", Nick Cannon's "Short Circuitz", "Straight Plan for the Gay Man", and "Saturday Night Live", where he has also contributed jokes and promos. TV producing credits include "The 2007 Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular".

Film credits include writing and directing the award-winning indie, "Glam-Trash" as well as the short film, "Dead End" that played on the film festival circuit. He is also the composer of the satiric title song to the documentary, "Your Mommy Kills Animals."

In theatre, Greg wrote and performed the one man show, "Man-A-Thon" which played at New York's Kraine Theatre in the summer of 1998. In the spring of 2008, he performed, "", an homage to his hometown, at the UCB Theatre in New York City.

His musical alter ego, BQE, is a bisexual rapper who was seen on MTV in the music video for the single, "Curious".
