John Bluem' is the head men's soccer coach at Ohio State. In 11 seasons as head coach, he has lead Ohio State to five tournament appearances in eight years. In 2007, Ohio State was the National runner-up, as they lost in the national championship game to Wake Forest. He has compiled a 118-81-28 record as head coach at Ohio State. His overall record as a head coach is 204-108-40. His winning percentage of .636 ranks in the top 30 among all active coaches. Ohio State has won three Big Ten titles under his watch.
Prior to coaching at Ohio State, he was the head coach at Fresno State, where his teams made the tournament 4 times. His 1996 squad went 17-5-1, won the first WAC title, and finished the season ranked number 7 in the nation.
